We will ask you to provide your personal information to us when you enroll for coverage and when you purchase an insurance policy from us. We will also ask you to provide your personal information to us when you send e-mail to us from this Web site. When you enroll for an insurance policy with Benefit Partners, we will ask you to provide your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information will be provided to the insurance company when you purchase an insurance policy so they can establish you as a policyholder. We will maintain a record of your information at the offices of Benefit Partners so we can provide you with policyholder service. The employees of Benefit Partners are each required to sign and acknowledge a Confidentiality And Nondisclosure Agreement. Each employee has been instructed on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information.

When visitors come to the Web site, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which hyperlinks were "clicked." Collecting such information involves the logging of IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the Web site. Although such information is not personally identifiable, we can determine from the IP address a visitor's Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.

Periodically, B-PART.com will send you information about new services and your account. Our customer service department may contact you in order to ensure your satisfaction with B-PART.com, and ask how we can make our services better.

Direct and/or Distributors

If you request an employee benefits communications site directly through B-PART.com, without the involvement of another distributor or their services, we will not share any information about you or your request with any distributor. 

If you request a site through and with one of our distributors, or in such a way as to involve the presentation of their products and services on your site, we will share your general status information about the progress of the sale to you. The Distributor will only have reader access to your site if you provide them with a Username and Password.

B-PART.com is not responsible for the Privacy Policy of any third party to which your site may link (e.g. to the sites of our Distributors, to your medical insurance or 401-k or payroll provider, etc.). We strongly encourage you to become familiar with the privacy policies and privacy practices of those third party sites, with respect to any usage of their sites.
